is a single-component cementitious premix with ultra-fast hydration and hardening, usable indoors and outdoors for leveling and smoothing new or existing substrates, in thicknesses from 3 to 40 mm. Mixed with water only, HERCULES F40 develops excellent fluidity and self-leveling capacity and after hardening it has excellent adhesion to the support and a surface with excellent mechanical characteristics such as resistance to compression, bending, imprint and abrasion, which allow it to be used even in places subject to heavy traffic, even with wheelchairs.
HERCULES F40 can also be used on heated substrates and is suitable for receiving any type of coating: ceramics, parquet, and resilient products in general.

Fields of application:

Smoothing traditional or quick-drying cementitious screeds and concrete slabs;
Realization of heating screeds in residential environments (minimum thickness 10 mm beyond the upper surface of the panel);
Smoothing of heated screeds;
Smoothing old existing ceramic, terrazzo or natural stone floors;
Smoothing of anhydrite screeds.
